Q: How do I book a consultation?
A: Use the “Schedule a Call” button on our site or email us directly.

Q: Where do I track my T-shirt or merchandise order?
A: Tracking info is emailed after your order is shipped. Don’t see it? Email us and we’ll resend it.

Q: I signed up for a workshop. What’s next?
A: You’ll receive a welcome email with your login details and schedule. If not, check spam or contact support.

Q: Can I get a refund on a service or workshop?
A: We follow our Terms of Service and Refund Policy (see below). If there's a concern, please reach out and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Q: Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching or mentoring?
A: Yes! We offer personalized mentorship sessions. Visit the “Mentorship” or “Work With Me” section of the website for available packages and pricing.

Q: I want to be featured on the Entrepreneur Pinks and Blues Show. How do I apply?
A: Submit your story using our online form under the Podcast page. We review all entries and reach out to selected guests directly.

Q: Can I order shirts in bulk or for events?
A: Yes, bulk orders for merchandise are available upon request. Email us with your quantity and event details and we’ll send you a custom quote.

Q: I'm having trouble downloading a digital product. What should I do?
A: Check your email for the download link and make sure your device supports the file format. Still stuck? Reach out and we’ll help get it to you.

Q: I need to reschedule a consultation. What’s the process?
A: Email us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll gladly reschedule your session.

Q: I have a general business question. Can I just email you?
A: You're welcome to reach out, but please note we respond first to client inquiries. For business-building questions, we recommend booking a paid session or joining one of our programs.
